We believe in using the best ingredients. We pride ourselves in working with local farmers in California to bring the best seasonal ingredients.
We work closely with our meat and seafood vendors to make sure all of our proteins are raised without harm; sustainably caught and no hormones added. Head Chef, Andrew Ye, and Sous Chef, Jess Medina work tirelessly to make sure every dish is made with passion and love. We are a scratch kitchen, making everything on our menu from mayo to our famous hamburger patties.
Our menu has a little bit of everything for everyone, from our house-made chicken meatballs to our House specialty Bolognese. The majority of our ingredients are organic, and we firmly believe in serving our guests with the best and healthy ingredients. As a seasonal kitchen, our menu will change frequently which in turn will expose our guests to new products and flavors they would not have known otherwise. Some of our staple products are 24 month-aged Parmesan Reggiano, Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Bacon, Organic Chino Valley Eggs, The Garden Of…organic red gem lettuce, and our very own salad mix using the best lettuce.
Salt and Spoon’s goal is to provide our guests with a casual gourmet experience. We want our guests to come in and have that fine dining food experience in a very laid-back and casual vibe. In order to achieve this goal, we truly believe in using the best ingredients and cooking using the best technique.
